3rd July 2026 – One Day Oil Painting Workshop for Artists

Join my immersive 5 hour oil painting workshop and bring a beautiful animal to life on canvas while building real, practical painting skills. In this guided class, every participant paints the same animal step by step, allowing you to focus deeply on the core foundations of oil painting: values, colour mixing, temperature, and edges - the elements that make the painting look vibrant, realistic and professional. 

Whether you are a beginner learning oil painting or an experienced artist wanting to refine technique, you'll leave with stronger confidence, a piece of artwork, and a clearer understanding of how to control colour and light. This hands on oil painting class is designed to be relaxed, supportive and creatively energising - perfect for anyone looking for a rewarding art workshop that delivers both skill building and inspiration.

The workshop will take place at Perth Creative Exchange, Stormont Street, Perth, Scotland, from 10am - 4pm (1 hour for lunch).

Places are limited. Full payments is required to secure your place. In the event of a cancellation, 75% of the course cost is refundable if cancelled within 4 weeks of the course date. After this date the full amount is non refundable.
