Returns & Refund Policy
I have a 28-day return policy for eligible physical items. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, and a further 14 days to return the item once your return request has been approved.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags (where applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, I will provide the return address and further instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Commissioned Artwork
All commissioned paintings are created specifically to the client’s requirements and are considered personalised custom work. Once work has begun, commissioned artwork cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. By placing a commission order, you acknowledge that this is a bespoke item created to your specifications.
Custom Orders
Custom-made or personalised products created to your specifications cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
Online Art Lessons, Critiques & Consultations
Live online lessons, critiques, and scheduled educational sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session begins are non-refundable.
Purchased art critique sessions must be booked and used within 3 calendar months of the purchase date. Unused sessions that expire after this period are non-refundable.
By booking a session, you agree to the service being provided at the scheduled time and acknowledge these cancellation and expiry terms.
Digital Content
Any downloadable digital products, recorded lessons, or immediately accessible online content are non-refundable once access has been granted. By purchasing digital content, you consent to immediate delivery.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive an alternative item is to return your eligible item (once approved) and place a separate order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once I receive and inspected your return, I will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights that may apply under consumer protection laws in your country or region.
