Shipping policy

DISPATCH TIMES

For the majority of products, I aim to dispatch your order within 3 - 5 working days of your purchase. The item will be sent to the shipping address you provide on the order. If there is a delay in dispatching your item, I will contact you using the email address / telephone number that you provide when ordering. 

CUSTOM ITEMS / SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Custom items and special order items have a longer processing time before dispatch. This includes commissions and larger prints not carried in stock. Please check the product page of the item you wish to order for details on processing / dispatch times. In the rare event that a longer time scale occurs than was expected, you will be updated as to an expected delivery date. 

UK DELIVERY

Free delivery to UK with Royal Mail 2nd class services. Royal Mail T&C's apply. Items are usually delivered within 2 - 4 working days from dispatch. For UK orders, if your item has not arrived in 10 working days, please contact me. 

WORLDWIDE

Delivery is available to most countries with the shipping fee calculated at checkout. For countries I do not ship to, no order will be accepted.  

Orders from European Union countries and NI are limited to original oil paintings and oil painting commissions. Orders for other items will not be accepted.

Most Items will be shipped using Royal Mail services. Royal Mail Terms & Conditions apply. 

For international orders over £250, items will be sent via a courier service. Their Terms & Conditions will apply. It is the buyers responsibility to be available for receiving items where they are sent by courier. Shipping will need to be repurchased on any 'return to sender' items.
